How CS2 Wager Arena works
Create or Join a Match
Click "+ Create Match" to set up a new wager â choose your team name, bet amount in SOL, map, and game mode. Or browse open challenges in the lobby and click "Accept Challenge" to join as Team B.
Fund the Escrow
Once both teams agree, each captain must deposit their SOL bet into the smart contract escrow. No one can access these funds until the match result is confirmed. Both sides must fund before the match goes live.
Play with FACEIT Anti-Cheat
Both teams play the match on a CS2 server with FACEIT Anti-Cheat running. This is mandatory â any player without active FACEIT AC will be flagged and the match may be voided. FACEIT ensures fair play.
Confirm the Result
After the match, both team captains submit the result. If both agree, the escrow pays out automatically to the winning team. If they disagree, a dispute is opened for admin review.
đ How Your Money is Protected
All wager funds are held in a Solana smart contract escrow â not by us, not by any player. The contract only releases funds when both team captains confirm the same result. No middleman can touch your SOL.
Both captains must independently submit who won. If both agree â instant payout. If they disagree â the match is flagged as "Disputed" and reviewed by platform admins with FACEIT match data as evidence.
If a match is cancelled before it goes live, all funded SOL is returned to the depositors. Matches can only be cancelled while in "Open" or "Pending Funding" state.
đĄī¸ FACEIT Anti-Cheat Requirement
With real money on the line, fair play is non-negotiable. FACEIT Anti-Cheat is a kernel-level anti-cheat that detects aimbots, wallhacks, and other cheats in real-time. It's the industry standard for competitive CS2.
- Valid FACEIT account linked to your CS2 Wager Arena profile
- FACEIT Anti-Cheat client installed and running before every match
- Match must be played on a FACEIT-verified server or with AC active
- FACEIT ELO Level 3+ required for wagers above 5 SOL
Players caught cheating face: immediate escrow forfeit (opponent gets full pot), permanent platform ban, and FACEIT ban report. We cross-reference FACEIT match IDs with our wager records.
đ¸ SOL Payment Flow â Wallet â Escrow â Payout
Connect your Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, etc.) to CS2 Wager Arena. Your wallet address is linked to your player profile. You maintain full control of your keys at all times â we never have access to your private key.
When you fund a match, your SOL is sent to a Solana smart contract â not to us, not to the other team. The transaction is signed by your wallet and recorded on-chain. You'll see the transaction hash for full transparency. The escrow contract holds funds from both teams until the match is resolved.
While the match is live, the SOL sits in the smart contract. Nobody can withdraw â not the players, not the platform, not anyone. The contract only unlocks when it receives a valid settlement instruction (both captains agree, or FACEIT auto-verification confirms the winner).
Once the result is confirmed (mutual agreement or FACEIT verification), the smart contract automatically transfers the full pot (minus 2% platform fee) to the winning captain's wallet. The transaction is instant and on-chain â no withdrawal requests, no waiting. Your SOL lands directly in your connected wallet.
If a match is cancelled before going live â full refund to both wallets. If a match is disputed and voided â full refund. If only one team funded and the match expires â automatic refund. All refunds are on-chain and verifiable.

- All players must have a verified FACEIT account linked
- FACEIT Anti-Cheat must be running during every wager match
- Both captains must submit match results within 30 minutes
- Disputes are resolved within 24 hours using FACEIT data
- Minimum wager: 0.01 SOL â Maximum: 100 SOL per team
- Platform fee: 2% of escrow on settled matches
- ELO ratings update after each settled match
